CleanOnn: Quality lets you create your own templates for Quality Reviews or use the predefined templates.
The standard CleanOnn: Quality algorithm can define the Scope of the Quality Review automatically. Alternatively you can define the Scope manually.
CleanOnn: Quality presents a comprehensive overview of sample of Rooms and the elements in the Rooms that need to be reviewed. The Room elements can be just categories of Room Elements (e.g. Sink, Desks) or uniquely identified objects in the room.

Scope of review can be automatically or manually defined.
Review Rooms and Elements
Comprehensive and easy-to-use overview of Rooms that need to be reviewed.
Review
Based on your chosen Template and the generated scope, CleanOnn: Quality shows you the Rooms and Elements that need to be reviewed.
For each Element, CleanOnn: Quality presents the relevant evaluation criteria, as defined by you. You can update these criteria as well as add comments and pictures of issues found.
Once you have completed the review, CleanOnn: Quality directly shows you the result and lets you, a colleague or your customer sign-off the review.
Mobile review
Receive the Quality Reviews assigned to you on your tablet device.
Detailed registration
Add comments and take pictures per Element as part of the review.
Sign Off
Sign off the result or have the result signed of by someone else.
Report and Analyze
CleanOnn: Quality calculates the results directly and presents a summary on the Tablet to be signed off. The result calculation is based on comparing the found non-conformities vs the agreed maximum allowed non-conformities.
The definition of maximum allowed non-conformities is based on either contractual agreements or industry standards (e.g. AQL).
Specific Data on the Review can be exported via the share functionality in CleanOnn: Quality.
The default Cockpit and Dashboards CleanOnn: Quality offers, give you the possibility to deeper analyse the quality of your services and the effectiveness of your improvement measures.
