You can onboard a new location from scratch by registering all Floors, Spaces and Assets using BoardOnn.

If there is already data for a location in your backend system, BoardOnn presents this data in the app, and you can edit the data or add additional data and attributes.

Use templates for Assets to guide your staff to register the exact data you need per type of Asset.

Using the BoardOnn solution you can register Sensors to, for example, make your cleaning process smart with CleanOnn, or keep track of occupancy to optimize your space planning process. The sensors are directly linked to the proper space in your backend system.

Add meters and meter readings to create/adjust maintenance planning and/or keep track of your ESG KPI’s.

Use templates to add your own specific attributes that need to be registered on Assets, so you can provide your technicians during maintenance operations with as much information as possible to improve first-time-right.

Adjust the user interface of your BoardOnn app on the fly, to just show the sections you need during today’s job. All other blocks will not disturb you during your work.

You can work fully offline. So also in those places where the network is shaky or non-existent, you can continue. All base data is loaded from the backend system to your BoardOnn app, so you can access it anywhere, anytime. Once you come online again, your data is synced to the backend system.

Next to manual data entry, you can scan barcodes/qr-codes on spaces and assets to fill fields directly. Also Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is fully integrated in the app, both for text as well as numbers (e.g. meter readings).
